The concept of "language competence" in the method of teaching foreign languages ​​began to spread only in the middle of the twentieth century. This will enable students to memorize not only the translation of the term, but also its definition. In the context of bilingual education, the creation of the learners' dictionaries for the English-language textbooks facilitates the process of assimilation of specialty terminology in professionally oriented English teaching.

The article analyzes the phonetic component of foreign language elements of the Kazakh script, based on Latin graphics, and the conceptual ideas of the orthography of the Kazakh language by Professor R.Syzdykov. This article describes the general characteristics of the plural meaning of a word in the Turkic languages. The article focuses on the national image of the world in the system of hydronyms of the Kazakh steppe.

The original language and onomastic realities are reflected in the names of the Kazakh people through the knowledge that dealt with the economy. The article discusses some theoretical aspects of terminology in art education, defines sources of origin, the scope of specialized terms in art education. On the basis of scientific and theoretical analyses, conclusions and recommendations are given regarding the formation and development of a term theory within the field of art education. The conceptual features of constructing terminological units that reflect different layers of the art education system are revealed.

The terminology of the art education system, the foundations of which were laid by prominent figures in linguistics and pedagogy, allows us to trace the origins, historical trends and the specifics of the development of artistic creativity and education. In the modern world, it is impossible to find a pure language consisting only of the words of one language without borrowing from foreign languages. In general, borrowed words in the Kazakh language can be divided into two groups: hybrid terms, non-alternative terms.. alternative terms are classified according to their number into two types: a) terms from which it follows, as they say and written in Russian and in Kazakh; b) terms composed with the addition of the endings of the Kazakh language to this root.

Based on the form of inclusion in the language, loanwords are considered lexical borrowed words.

Numbers from one to ten are used very actively in everyday life and in the phraseological units of both languages. Historical information about the historical related roots of the native Kazakh and Turkic languages ​​occupies a deep place in the layers of the language. Today, this information is studied by comparing the compositions of the phraseological structures of both languages ​​from a cultural science point of view. It is thus possible to distinguish the uniqueness, the qualities of each Turkic people and mental traits, a system of special thinking, the main differences between the two peoples in the mentality.

Changes in life and culture also occurred in people's language, especially in phraseology, which is the pearl of every language. As a result, such phraseological units require in-depth study as real historical sources that provide a huge amount of information about the historical life of the Turkic and Kazakh people. The subject-predicate construct is a special feature of languages ​​such as Chinese, which have very small forms of morphological change.

This article discusses the features of the subject-predicate construction in Chinese, the ways of their formation and meaning, and their syntactic function, etc. In relational mode, it has standard word order and is formed into subject-predicate relations; depending on the syntactic function, it can serve as different parts of a sentence. The order of the two constituents is fixed together with the subject before the predicate. A subject-predicate construct used together with particles or conjunctions and intonations can form a separate sentence. EDUCATIONAL VALUE REFLECTED THROUGH THE LANGUAGE OF THE CHARACTERS IN SAIN MURATBEK'S STORY "WILD APPLE".

The communicative action of the characters contained in the story "Wilde Appelboom" is depicted. The article reveals the communicative process through the novel by author Sain Muratbekov "Wild Apple tree", that is, the problem of national education, which was revealed in the course of bilateral relations of the heroes. When revealing the personality of the hero, it is proved that the author in a monologue has specially created the language units that have important educational value.

The author's special attention was given to the fact that the characters in the story "Wild Apple tree" filled with different feelings of the person and expressive language perform a special communicative function. In this work of the author in detail monologues and dialogues, which with the help of art understanding of adults and small parties of the relationship between parent and child, the girl and the guy are considered.

The linguistic situation of Kazakhstan is primarily determined by its socio-demographic composition, which is characterized by multi-ethnicity, and the unitary type of state structure.

In the Republic of Kazakhstan, special attention has always been paid to the development of the linguistic wealth of the peoples of the state, its role in the development of modern society was understood. Effective spoken communication is the result of appropriate semantic perception and interpretation of the information conveyed.

Any communication act has three phases - it is the beginning, the main part and consequently the last part of the conversation. Men should be the first to welcome women, the youngest by the position of the elder, etc. The ethical aspect of speech culture prescribes the knowledge and application of the rules of language behavior in specific situations.
