SUMMARY
Our investigational work is divided the patients into 2 groups. Into the first group was included the patients with acute intestinal obstruction which diagnosties and freatment of acute intestinal obstruction were performent with the standart old methods. The patients of this group were made. The nacarountestinal intubation with electrostimulation and the intestinal lavage was made with ozonated solution. Using this innovative methods of diagnostics and treatment show cost sowings or cost minimization.

SUMMARY
Completely get rid of scars - not an easy task. If there was a wide range of effective treatments, would go a lot of articles and books about the methods of scars treatment. But qualitative medical literature on this subject a little, and books are still published as a unit. All treatments of scars are divided into surgical and conservative (medication / or physical) and / or after the combined (after surgical excision of the scar with prophylactic drugs prescribed medication or physiotherapy).Nowadays, an arsenal of techniques for correction of scars is replenished, that allows to make choices and find a compromise, both among doctors and patients, and thus contribute to improving the quality of life of patients with this pathology.

SUMMARY
Based on the analysis of treatment of 2650 patients with acute intestinal obstruction studied the causes of adverse outcomes. This is atypical and effaced of clinical presentation, increased percentage of occlusive colon tumors, late arrival of patients, the overestimation of the effectiveness of conservative therapy, factual and tactical errors in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative periods.Features of medical care for patients with acute intestinal obstruction is originality of diagnostic and medical procedures are often complicated course, running form of acute intestinal obstruction due to late hospitalization of patients and the effectiveness of using innovative technologies of diagnosis and treatment.

SUMMARY
Costs per patient by using innovative technologies and the diagnostics and treatment of acute intestinal obstruction by method of minimizing shows that the use of technology of diagnostics and treatment of this disease is 94 thousands 022, 4 tenge for one patient that 66,7% lower than when using conventional methods. We conducted medical and economic research of medical care for patients with acute intestinal obstruction allowed us to study the effectiveness of using innovative technologies of diagnostics and treatment of acute intestinal obstruction, which has resulted in the reduction of mortality and postoperative complications. However, we have established a significant social and economic losses due to morbidity and mortality from acute intestinal obstruction.

SUMMARY
Nowadays, a doctor treating scars, when assessing the morphofunctional state of scar tissue often only armed with their own clinical experience and the Vancouver scale. So far, the pathogenesis of the growth of scar tissue, not based on algorithms for treatment of various types of scars. During the development of diagnostic and treatment methods, researchers are faced with the lack of "standards" in the development of scar tissue, completely is not investigated it was a high variability in the manifestations of the scar depends on many factors. A significant part of modern research on the surgical treatment of scars and has a phenomenological character. In other words, there is a registration only the fact of change in the condition of scar tissue, or else check the outcome. Without the availability of
"objective control" of the state of the scar tissue is very difficult to improve the methods of treatment.Lack of research conducted on the problem of pathological scarring, does not carry out fully their diagnosis, treatment and prevention, which is reflected in incorrect diagnoses and unqualified treatment.

SUMMARY
Criterion of quality of life is essential to raise an issue of medical intervention in aesthetic surgery. The concept of quality of life assessment combines at least four distinct, but correlated with each other areas: physical, functional, emotional and social. Analyzing the role of plastic surgery to improve the quality of life for patients, we have come to a conclusion prerequisites that here are some to introduce a special «plastic surgeon» in the list of medical specialties with adequate description not, limit post-graduate training in the training of aesthetic surgeons, and to enter elective of cosmetic surgery for medical students in the universities; to provide for the establishment of ethics committees in private clinics and aesthetic surgery and cosmetic medicine; to establish a regional Association of Plastic Surgeons, with an independent audit of private clinics and aesthetic surgery.

SUMMARY
Periodontal disease of athletes is mainly represented by chronic catarrhal gingivitis, which is often exacerbated in a state of overtraining. Ane lack of efficacy in the treatment of an exacerbated disease. May be some changes in the immune status. Anti-inflammatory treatment of exacerbation of chronic catarrhal gingivitis in athletes in a state of overtraining less effective without reducing exercise, whereas a decrease in volume and intensity of the overtraining increase effectiveness of treatment because it promotes the restoration of functions of local immunity and nonspecific defense factors of the impaired by excessive physical and psycho-emotional stress.

SUMMARY
To guantify the degree of restrictim of vital actruity in patients with diabetes mellitus, we have proposed an integral index which allows to gyantify the simultaneous effects of the disease on organ, organismic and social levels through the notron of «functional class». Evaluation of FC is ranked on a 5-point scale, taken as 100%. Improwing the methodology of medical social expertise in diobetes millitus using a guantitalive assessment of restriction of ortal actrity meets the three-dimensional concept of the conseguences of the disease proposed by WHO experts and proudes a theoretical basis for rehabilitation.
