В некоторых исследованиях содержатся предложения по организации травматологических, хирургических и неотложных служб в контексте COVID-19. Многоцентровые исследования с более крупными когортами должны дополнять растущий объем литературы, документирующей влияние COVID-19 на помощь при травмах не только на местном, но и на республиканском и международном уровнях.

A prospective non-randomized clinical study of surgical treatment of 134 patients with AIS occlusive disease was conducted, which, depending on the treatment tactics, is divided into 2 groups: without correction and with correction of predictors of complications.

Like elsewhere in the world, poisoning is still a common problem in childhood in our country [3]. In accordance with the literature, we found that poisonings in our study were more frequent in male children (51%) and in the age group 0-5 years (61.9%). Also in our research, poisonings were more frequent in the age groups 0-5 and 6-12 for men and 13-18 years for women.
Accidental poisonings were more frequent in the age group 0-5 years and men, while suicidal poisonings were more frequent in the age group 13-18 years and women also in our study. In our study, the most common cause of poisoning was drugs (66%), followed by corrosive substances (11.6%) and carbon monoxide poisoning (10.9%).

По вышеуказанной методике занятия проводились на 5 и 7 курсах, в каждой группе было по 12-15 человек, в целом через систему онлайн занятий прошло около 595 человек.
